How to search for jobs
On the right hand side of the page you will find a number of options for
searching the vacancies currently available on the site. Pressing the search
button without selecting any specific criteria will provide a list of all the
jobs currently available.
To refine this list select a location, hospital or position from the drop down
menus or type an appropriate search word, such as 'anaesthetist', into the box.
Valid search words include all words that are likely to appear in a job
description although in certain cases it may help to substitute words e.g. if a
search for 'cardiac' does not yield results substitute 'heart' or visa-versa.
Once you have found a job that fits your criteria click on the job title for a
full job description. In order to apply for this job follow the link at the
bottom of the job description, this will link to a page with application
information and if available a further link to apply online.
How to find out more about a hospital
To find out more about any particular hospital featured on the site, select the
hospital either from the drop down list on the left hand side of the page or
from the 'Our Hospitals' page. This will bring up a range of pages on the
selected hospital and by following the new links on the left hand side you can
find out general and HR information and a list of departments; there is also a
direct link to any current vacancies available at this hospital.
To look at another hospital go to current vacancies and select a new hospital
from the drop down list or return to the 'Our Hospitals' by following the link
at the top of the page.
In addition to the information provided on the site most of the hospitals have
provided website links which can be found at the bottom of the information on
each of the hospital's pages.
